Shipping Methods
We ship products safely and efficiently to destinations worldwide by sea or air at reasonable prices, primarily using logistics services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the volumetric weight of the package and are not included in the product price. After you enter the delivery information and complete your purchase, we will contact the shipping company for a shipping cost quote and reach out to you promptly to confirm whether you accept the charges.
- Air Freight: UPS, FedEx, DHL, with an average transit time of 7 to 15 business days.
- Sea Freight: Average transit time of 25 to 40 business days.
Shipping Costs
Small Items: Packages with an outer packaging girth ≤ 320cm and an actual weight ≤ 30kg:
- Sea Freight Minimum Cost: The minimum weight is 12kg. For a 12kg package, the starting price is approximately $2 per kilogram to destinations such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.
- Air Freight Minimum Cost: For a 20kg package, the starting price is approximately $8 per kilogram to the United States and Canada and $7 per kilogram to the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.
Large Items: Oversized packages with an outer packaging girth > 320cm or an actual weight > 30kg:
- Sea Freight Minimum Cost: The minimum weight is 12kg. For a 12kg package, the starting price is approximately $2 per kilogram to the aforementioned countries, plus an additional delivery fee starting at $150.
- Air Freight Minimum Cost: For a 31kg package, the starting price is approximately $8 per kilogram to the United States and Canada, plus an additional delivery fee starting at $150. To the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, the starting price is approximately $7 per kilogram, with an additional delivery fee starting at $150.
Note: Final-mile delivery charges for oversized packages may increase depending on the dimensions of the goods.
Volumetric Weight Calculation
International shipping is charged based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. The volumetric weight calculation formula is:
Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000.
Remote Areas
If the delivery address is in a remote area, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you during order processing to confirm whether you accept the additional fees. For countries where shipping is unavailable due to special reasons, we will contact you upon receiving your order to discuss a solution.
Manual Shipping Cost Calculation
If the shipping option during checkout displays “Please contact us at shop@jinlei-music.com,” please reach out to us to calculate the shipping cost and manually issue an invoice.
Order Processing Time
Order processing before shipment may take 30 to 60 business days, with some complex items requiring up to 90 business days, depending on whether production needs to start from scratch. For detailed information, please refer to the product pages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
