Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
If you have any questions about stock availability or delivery dates, please contact us via email or inquiry form before placing your order. Once the order has been placed and production has started, Jinlei generally does not accept cancellations.

Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. Before returning an item, please email us at shop@jinlei-music.com with photos of the item to confirm its condition. If the return meets our policy, we will arrange for a courier (e.g., DHL) to pick up the item from you, or request you to send the item to the manufacturer’s designated shipping company. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the photos of your item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Note: If your order qualified for free shipping but is later returned and refunded, the shipping costs we covered for your order will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company to confirm if the refund has been officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds may vary.
    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@jinlei-music.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at shop@jinlei-music.com.

Shipping Costs
Before returning an item, please contact us via email. The return shipping costs must be borne by you and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will depend on the courier you choose.
  • If the return is due to our fault, such as damaged or incorrect items, the customer will not be charged for shipping costs.
